At Scratchi, we don't just care about making sales we care about cats because if your cat is happy, you are happy and if you are happy we are happy. Therefore, we believe in making cat products that cat stand the test of time (and claws). That’s why we also offer a up to 10 years Structural Guarantee on all our cat scratchers.

What’s Covered:

✅ Any structural damage to the main parts of your Scratchi 360 — including the base, poles or connectors — caused during normal use.

✅ If a part breaks or becomes unusable, we’ll provide you with a replacement of the broken parts or a full replacement of the entire post, as long as you are under warranty so make sure to include it on your checkout.

What’s Not Covered:

❌ Natural wear and tear to the sisal rope from regular scratching.

❌ Cosmetic scratches, surface scuffs, or damage caused by misuse or improper assembly.

❌ Damage from extreme environments such fire, or using the post for something other than its intended purpose (yes, we’ve seen it all 😅).

❌ Products purchased during promotions, sales, giveaways or discount codes do not qualify for the lifetime guarantee. These are final sale items, and while they are made with the same care and quality, they’re not eligible for free replacements.

How It Works: This guarantee is valid for the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the product under normal home use only.
