What began as a solution for my own cat’s scratching needs has evolved into a mission to offer a better scratching experience for all cat owners like me who struggled to find a practical scratching post. Scratchi isn’t just about providing a scratching post; it’s about creating a better, more convenient, and more stylish solution for modern pet owners.
I created Scratchi with the belief that cats deserve the best, and their owners deserve a thoughtful long-lasting product that’s easy to use and maintain. Whether you’re a new cat parent or a seasoned feline lover, Scratchi is here to make life a little easier for you and your cat.
How it started
Scratchi was born out of a simple need: to give cats a place to scratch that is both functional and stylish, while making life easier for their owners when it comes to setting up, filling and refilling their cat scratcher. As a passionate cat parent and the founder of Scratchi, I always struggled with bulky scratching posts that took up too much space and were difficult to setup. I wanted something that would blend into my home seamlessly and be hassle-free for both my cat and me. That’s when the idea for Scratchi was born.

One of the standout features of Scratchi's first scratching post (Scratchi 360) is its 360-degree rotatability. This design allows cats to use the entire post even when it is mounted, giving them a new experience every time. When it’s time for a fresh start, you can simply turn the post to reveal the other side.
TensionLock Refill
Scratchi is incredibly easy to refill with our TensionLock system. Simply pull out the old rope, wrap the new one through the pre-made holes, and let the natural tension create a sturdy, bark-like structure. Tie a knot before and after you finish wrapping the rope to hold it in place—no glue, staples, or tools required. It’s quick, secure, and mess-free maintenance!
